How Our Resident Support Process Works
Step 1: Start with Your Community
We encourage residents and family members to first speak directly with their Community Executive Director or Business Office Manager, as many questions or concerns can be addressed quickly and personally at the community level.
Step 2: Reach Out for Additional Support
If you feel uncomfortable doing so, or believe a concern has not been fully resolved, an additional option is available. Our confidential Support Line provides a way to share concerns or questions and helps ensure they are reviewed appropriately.
